Finnish trans-law is a gigantic lie
Feeling is not a sex. Even trans people call being trans an "experience." Finnish law now equates feeling with biological sex. The legislators were incompetent enough to codify this fallacy. This law reflects Finnish society's contemporary problem: incompetence.
This fails the sanity check. The legislators and ministries are incompetent. The trans and LGBT communities, through their lobbying, abuse power by prioritizing personal feelings over Finnish society’s sanity and culture.
This is unfair, unjust, and problematic. Worse, it may hide real problems beneath identity parades.
Men in Women’s Spaces Is Now Legal
Some trans-identifying individuals do it because it is their fetish. These are men playing out sexual fantasies in women’s spaces. This is autogynephilia; search the facts on this.
I am not a woman, so this is not my personal problem. I have no children, so men entering women’s spaces where girls undress does not directly affect me. Yet anyone can see the lawmakers 'dropped the ball', creating loopholes.
The LGBT Community Abuses Power
Where is their sense of decency? Their respect for other identities? How do trans people pretend biological sex disappears?
Pretending Sex Changes in a Database Is Insane
Logically, the Finnish law is now insane. Those who claim sex changes with a feeling or a bureaucratic notification are deluded, intellectually challenged, or dishonest.
No Human Can Change Their Sex
I respect anyone’s right to choose their identity where it does not harm others. I will defend that right, even if I argue responsibility comes with it.
But pretending sex changes with a name or database entry reveals intellectual dishonesty, a questionable outlook, or confusion, whether from peer pressure, media influence, or youthful naivety.
Sometimes it is uncivilized stupidity. Sometimes it is deliberate manipulation for personal gain.
Sex Is Determined by Gamete Interaction During Meiosis
I have studied omics, genetics, and gene manipulation to some depth. Reality is we can not alter a person’s genetic sex. Only its expression can be modified.
Changing a person’s sex is impossible. Claiming otherwise is a lie.
Finnish Law and Society Lie to Themselves
Even trans-identifying people do not always lie about this, unlike the Finnish law, and government institutions. The #pretendinclusive institutional and corporate machinery does.

A Feeling or Experience Is Not Sex
A just society cannot be built on fleeting feelings or one person’s experience. Without observable, quantifiable standard, we face an endless slippery slope of weasel words and vague emotions.
Laws must be based on measurable, quantifiable facts. Imagine if the police suddenly started "feeling" you were speeding on a road you never drove on? That would be chaos.
You may run chaotic nonsense in your own life. But pretending sex changes with a name and a DVV entry is absolute nonsense.
Hormone Disruptors Are Real
Research on aromatase, phthalates, bisphenols, PFAS, and fructose is advanced. This is the real issue society and lawmakers must address.
Consider: fatty liver disease is among Finland’s most common diagnoses. Fructose drives it. Fructose also increases aromatase, converting testosterone to estradiol — demasculinizing men and causing PCOS in women. All the data exists.
I believe trans-identifying people exist. I believe all humans are non-binary in gender. But lying about biological sex is a fallacy. This must stop.
The Known Harms of Faking Sex Can be Changed
Trans-identifying people can be as opportunistic or abusive as any man or woman. I have seen dozen videos of them using violence, slander, or disrespect. Because difference of opinion, or because the target was assumed white man. This in contrasts to common portrayal of them as victims.
- Men in women’s sports: injuries and no-contest for female athletes
- Men in women’s prisons: injury and abuse
- Autogynephiles acting out fantasies in women-only spaces
- Castration and surgical mutilation of healthy people, framed as therapy
Sports: The Clearest Trans-Opportunism
XY chromosomes mean stronger bones, muscles, and larger size, a distinct athletic advantage. This holds even with medical hormone interventions. Without interventions, testosterone further boosts muscle recovery and growth.
Note: The difference between a trans-identifying or an intersex person is not externally apparent. Careful analysis is required. But trans is not intersex, while I suppose an intersex person could choose to be trans, because trans is an arbitrary feeling or experience.
Finnish Politicians Are Incompetent
Parliament cannot even distinguish sex from identity. The same incompetent populists again? Who can tell me, who were these representatives, it must be recorded on Eduskunta.fi pages of this law?
One would expect Finnish representatives to recognize that experience is not the same as sex, when drafting laws. They cannot.
This is part of the finnish society suffering from same systemic problem. Overestimating skill, or what little a human can grasp of realitys phenomena.
Always underestimating challenges, of reality and nature.
A Fallacy Must Not Stand
Next, will anorexic kids get liposuction? Will people whose "experience" is being president lead the state? Obvious fallacies, aren't they?
Is there such a thing as having to face facts at some point, waking up to ones ideological or group-minded fallacy? I hope so.
Whatever the case: We cannot change a person’s sex.
